MDA STUDIOS runs a CSR program known as the TALENT HUB; a registered community-based organization (CBO) an artistic center where the program beneficiaries have an opportunity to network, attend entrepreneurial workshops, and do significant projects together, share resources, and develop their businesses; we have partnered with KeMU ( Kenya Methodist University) to be able to professionally certify individuals who go through The Talent Hub initiative.
The program mainly focuses on young talented people in the art industry and equips them with skills to enable them to have a competitive edge in the marketplace.
The Academy seeks to equip youths on: –
1. Developing desirable character among talented people;
2. Cultivation of Social responsibilities;
3. Mold talented people to adapt to a competitive market
4. Train and develop talented people so that they may flourish in their gifting.
5. To package their talents and pitch their ideas in order to effectively appeal to and compete
effectively in the marketplace
6. To professionally present and express their creative skills to their audience.
7. To inculcate morality and ethics in the creative industry
8. To appreciate the place of intellectual property laws of Kenya in protecting their creative
works.
Our target includes young gifted people aged between 18 – 35 who are in the art industry i.e. Performing arts (Dance, Music, Spoken Word); Visual arts(Photography, Fine arts and design, graphic designers).

It will bring together people for a common goal. This enhances friendship and relational bonds that are essential for character building, team, work and mutual acceptance.
5. Vocational Pursuits
The nation of arts and entertainment is a potential career-developing field. If pursued with excellence and passion, gives a leeway to expert training in various fields e.g. dance can have a great development in the media especially for film and movie-making endeavors.
6. Alternative Selection
It is evident that not every individual participates in the common professions available. Some shy away from the tedious and demanding fields like medicine, law, teaching profession and yet they may have a talent, which needs to be nurtured
